1. Services Provided

Illusion of Mind provides professional mental health counseling and therapy services. These services are delivered online via Google Meet or offline at our designated clinic in Lucknow.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use our services.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a session.

4. Online Sessions

For online sessions, a Google Meet link will be provided to your registered email address before the session starts. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space.

5. Professional Relationship

The relationship between the therapist and the client is strictly professional. Outside of sessions, communication should be limited to scheduling and administrative matters via the provided support channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

Therapy is a collaborative process and results may vary. Illusion of Mind and its therapists are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the therapy sessions. In case of a psychiatric emergency or crisis, please use our SOS section or contact local emergency services immediately.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
