Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your scheduled session anytime through your dashboard or by contacting us.

Important Cancellation Rule:

A penalty of ₹500 will be applicable if a session is cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled start time. Cancellations made more than 3 hours in advance will not incur any penalty.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you cancel your session more than 3 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel within 3 hours of the session, the refund amount will be processed after deducting the ₹500 penalty.
In the rare event that a therapist cancels a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used via Razorpay. Once initiated, the refund usually takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 hours before the session without any penalty. Rescheduling within 3 hours will be treated as a cancellation (with ₹500 penalty) and a new booking will be required.

5. Non-Attendance (No Show)

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued for that session.
