Delivery / Shipping Policy

1. Service Delivery Model

Illusion of Mind provides mental health therapy services only. We do not sell or ship any physical products. Therefore, traditional shipping and delivery timelines for physical goods do not apply to our services.

2. Online Sessions Delivery

Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain:

• Details of your appointment (Date and Time).
• A Google Meet link for your session.
• The link will also be accessible via your user dashboard on our website.

3. Offline Sessions Delivery

For offline sessions, the "delivery" of the service occurs in person at our clinic:

Address: 23/24, 1st Floor, House of Tranquil, Arjunganj, Lucknow
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time.

4. Delivery Timelines

Since our services are appointment-based, the delivery happens exactly at the date and time you have selected during the booking process. Confirmation of service booking is immediate (digital delivery of the booking confirmation).

5. Issues with Service Access
